At Xtreme Returns Farms, we recognize the need for capacity building in the Agricultural industry so that farmers, aspiring farmers and other professions involved in the industry can be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Xtreme Returns offers training programs to individuals, corporate and government agencies to aid general knowledge sharing and practical application. The goal is to ensure that trainees can go ahead and setup their own agric-based businesses and/or build careers in the industry.
We use a mix of approaches, from one-on-one training to group training. We also have both short-term and long-term courses, all depending on the subject involved.
Being that we are not just an institute but have the tools and practical know-how, students are able to practice what we teach and what they learn through our on-site training.
Xtreme Returns is working with the Federal Government of Nigeria on economic sustainability and empowerment projects on different areas such as:
- How to farm
- How to setup a farm
- High tech agricultural equipment operations training.
We also offer excursions and field training for Secondary Schools and University students who may be looking to fully understand what they’ve been taught in class.
